Didn’t know what to expect from hand therapy but Mary was wonderful, welcoming, good listener, good explainer and so easy to work with. After one visit and one week of home exercises I saw improvement. My hands keep getting better, more flexible, less painful with each weekly visit and then there is her paraffin treatment - ahhh. Don’t delay getting help from Mary for any hand ailments - carpel tunnel, trigger fingers, arthritis - she’s a gem.

I received a hand therapy referral from my PCP. I was skeptical about how this would help. After my first visit I am very grateful I made the appointment to see her! Her approach was hands on and she listened to where and when I had pain. It didn’t take long to put my treatment into action. just came back from a visit with Dr. Bender, at Martin's Point Healthcare. She confirmed what Mary told me yesterday. She sais I am now back to normal functioning levels with my hand and wrist. Mary Woodbury has been rehabilitating my hand and wrist now for a few weeks, and the improvement has been very significant.
